VAYA SPACE SIGNS CONTRACT WITH ALL2SPACE FOR SATELLITE LAUNCH

Satellite launch service provider Vaya to join forces with CubeSat developer and aggregator AlltoSpace

COCOA, FL, June 15, 2022 (XXXXXX) - - Vaya Space, Inc. the hybrid vortex rocket company and emerging leader in sustainable space access, today announced that All2Space has signed an exclusive agreement to launch its satellite constellation with Vaya Space.
All2Space is a CubeSat developer and launch aggregator with a heritage from the Brazilian Space Agency and focused on operations in Latin America, with plans to develop and manage its own constellation. The signing of the agreement between Vaya Space and All2Space will initially focus on the Latin American market, and this agreement will further increase Vaya’s presence in the Latin American space industry.
Vaya Space successfully completed its maiden launch earlier this year. The company also recently announced several agreements with NASA to share technology and demonstrate the performance of the company’s industry-leading engine at Stennis Space Center and Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Vaya is expanding commercial operations in Florida and Brazil, leveraging its low-cost and reliable position in the industry.
In addition to providing launch services to All2Space, Vaya will work with Ideia Space, an All2Space affiliate, to launch a student-built satellite in Brazil as part of its industry-specific education. Building on its work with the Michaelis Foundation for Global Education and several U.S. universities, including Athens State University’s STEM-SAT1 Project, this agreement will further expand Vaya’s impact in supporting global STEM education.
“The satellite launch sector of the space industry is expected to grow to more than $1 trillion in the next decade. This represents a significant opportunity for companies that can meet this demand, and we believe we have the differentiated technology and low-cost position that will allow Vaya to capture its fair share of the market,” said Vaya Space’s new CEO, Brent Willis. “Being selected by Brazilian technology company All2Space to secure its supply chain for low-Earth orbit launch is a testament to what Vaya Space has already accomplished, and we expect additional SmallSat customers to make similar decisions in the near future.”
About Vaya Space, Inc.
Vaya Space is a privately held hybrid vortex rocket company headquartered on Florida’s Space Coast with subsidiary operations in Brazil. Vaya Space has developed innovative and patented technologies that transform access to space. Vaya was founded in 2017 by Sid Gutierrez, former Space Shuttle Commander and NASA’s first American-born Hispanic astronaut. Launch Command’s final words to Sid at liftoff were “Vaya con Dios” versus his traditional “Godspeed,” and shortly after that inspiration, Vaya was born.
Vaya is a purpose-driven, sustainability-focused, environmentally conscious company dedicated to making a difference for humanity. Vaya Space competes in the $1 trillion small satellite launch industry. Vaya’s unique vortex hybrid rockets utilize the equivalent of 2 million recycled plastic bottles per launch and overcome the costs and other challenges associated with traditional liquid-propellant twin-propellant rockets, transforming the safety and affordability of the industry.
